Hi! I am glad you are here. I consider it a privilege to partner with you on your journey towards wellness. As a registered and board-certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I have a passion for using a creative approach to help people move towards healing, greater insights, and self-expression. Since 2010 I have been using Art Therapy to help children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, adoption & foster care, life transitions, grief & loss, selective mutism, developmental disabilities, and autism.
I am a graduate of Nazareth College of Rochester where I received a Masters in Creative Arts Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy. I have a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Lebanon Valley College. I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have completed the Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E) Training for Adoption Competency (TAC).
I truly enjoy my work and I am committed to always learning. I tailor my therapy to meet your specific needs and strive to provide a warm, positive, and inviting space for healing and creative expression. I believe that as humans we all have innate creativity which can be fostered to experience a sense of purpose, renewed joy, and to make a new form of wholeness & meaning from the broken places of our lives.
I look forward to working with you!
